Terms of Service
Effective April 15, 2026
By using OraMemory ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. The Service
OraMemory provides a memory layer for AI systems, available as a local SDK (free) and a managed cloud service (paid).
2. Your account
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use OraMemory to store unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or evade rate limits. Automated abuse will be throttled.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to data you store. We process it solely to provide the Service. You may export or delete it at any time via memory.copy() or the dashboard.
5. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Overages are billed at the rates published on the pricing page.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime on paid tiers but offer no SLA outside Enterprise contracts. Local mode has no dependency on our servers.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
